Osteopathy - Initial Consultation (60 min)
Please note that initial visits are 60 minutes while subsequent visits are 50 minutes. This leaves more time for detailed history intake. If you are having a hard time finding a treatment time, please join the waitlist. Someone's cancellation could be your lucky day. We recommend booking 3 treatments about 2 weeks apart to establish a good baseline, although it is not mandatory.

Osteopathy Pediatric - Initial Consultation (45 min)
Your osteopath will take a detailed look at the child or baby, check milestones and answer any questions caregivers may have. Treatment is very gentle and only done if tolerated by the patient. Breaks may need to be taken to allow for feeding or soothing the child.

Massage Therapy - Initial Treatment (60 min)
Please be advised that your upcoming massage therapy session will begin with a comprehensive assessment and review of your treatment history. I will utilize a combination of traditional massage and osteopathic techniques, all within the scope of practice for massage therapy. These techniques will be applied with my expertise and with your consent.
Please note that oil will not be used during the session, and you will remain mostly clothed or to a level of undress with which you are comfortable. It is recommended that you wear loose-fitting exercise clothing, such as loose sweatpants or shorts and a top or sports bra (for women). Please note that compression leggings or tights are not recommended.$160
